Frank Bucaro
Frank Bucaro's successful teaching career provided a smooth transition to full-time keynote and seminar presenter on high performance cultures. The ethics scandals rocking Wall Street throughout the 90’s served to further propelled his career as an increasing number of organizations identified a need for ethics training.
Now a business owner, author, speaker, consultant and doctoral candidate for Ethical Leadership, Frank explains, “unwavering attention to ethical practices and behaviors is necessary. For example, this attention reduces vulnerability to costly and embarrassing legal problems, supports employee morale and retention, and fosters quality customer relationships. An ethical environment helps to create fertile ground for growth and productivity.”
A member of the National Speakers Association, Frank is a recipient of the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation and the CPAE (Council of Peers Award of Excellence) Speaker Hall of Fame award.
